This kit has two skill levels to choose from:

• Self-Guided: Designed for individuals capable of independently initiating and completing activities. Each kit includes clear, easy-to-follow instructions to support structured enrichment that promotes cognitive stimulation, emotional wellness, and overall quality of life.

• Dementia Friendly: Designed with care for those with cognitive impairment who benefit from simplified, step-by-step instructions. Activities may be most effective when paired with verbal cueing, visual prompts, and occasional hands-on assistance, depending on the individual’s current abilities and level of support needed.
