Enrolling is easy! Visit our Store, choose the Monthly Activity Kit Program, and complete your purchase. Our kits will shipped by the 26th of the month for an estimated arrival before or during the first week of the following month. For help or questions, contact us anytime!

• Activity Program Calendar to provide daily activity suggestions depending on residents individual needs. (Built to assist your AFH with activity options to help with compliancy of DSHS program)
• (4) Four thoughtfully Designed Craft Projects for up to 6 Residents. (One craft per week)

Eligible DSHS Meaningful Day Adult Family Home's can receive up to $40 per resident, per day, through DSHS reimbursement.

Are the materials in your Activity Kits safe for all residents?
Yes, we ensure all materials are safe through doing choke tube testing, and providing non-toxic materials, however in the end we like to remind our customers that it is the responsibility of the individual implementing each activity to supervise each participant involved to ensure safety at all times.
